These terms explain the expected use of StickMarket across collection tracking, community features, active trading tools, reviews, notifications, and future marketplace features.

Trading is active. Marketplace is separate.
Trade workflows, shipped trade details, confirmation, and reviews are part of the current collector experience. Buying and selling marketplace tools remain a future area.

Using StickMarket
StickMarket is a collector platform for tracking collections, managing duplicates, connecting with other collectors, and using supported trading tools.
- You may use StickMarket to browse collections, track inventory, manage duplicates, build trade proposals, message collectors, and participate in community features.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your account.
- You must not abuse, scrape, overload, manipulate, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its users.
Accounts and profile information
Account and profile details help identify collectors, personalize the experience, power public profiles, and support safe trade workflows.
- You should provide accurate account information and keep your email address up to date.
- Public profile information, collection visibility, reviews, and collector activity may be shown where the platform provides public profile features.
- Private shipping/contact details are not shown publicly and should only be shared through the trade flow when needed for shipped trades.
Collection data
Collection checklists, item numbers, names, images, publisher references, variants, and related metadata are provided to help collectors organize their inventory.
- Collection data may contain mistakes, missing items, outdated information, incomplete metadata, or image issues.
- You are responsible for checking your own item condition, ownership, duplicate counts, and tradeable stock before creating or accepting trades.
- StickMarket may update, merge, remove, rename, or reorganize collection data to improve accuracy and usability.
Community behavior
Community features are intended to help collectors connect, discuss collections, build trust, and communicate around trades.
- Do not harass, spam, impersonate, threaten, scam, pressure, or abuse other collectors.
- Do not post illegal, misleading, offensive, harmful, hateful, or privacy-invasive content.
- StickMarket may moderate, hide, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate content and accounts that damage platform safety or collector trust.
Trading features
Trading tools are available to help collectors propose, negotiate, accept, ship or meet, confirm, and review trades.
- A trade proposal becomes meaningful only through the StickMarket trade flow, including the visible items, quantities, method, status, and accepted terms shown on the trade page.
- Collectors are responsible for item accuracy, condition, packaging, shipping details, tracking information, communication, and fulfilling accepted trades.
- For shipped trades, do not confirm completion until you have received and checked the items. Reviews may be required before final confirmation.
Shipping, received items, and confirmation
Shipped trades require careful handling because private shipping details, tracking, and received item organization are involved.
- Only share shipping details through the intended trade workflow and check that the recipient details are correct before sending items.
- Tracking codes, shipping dates, package condition, and communication can be used to support the trade timeline and post-trade review context.
- After receiving items, organize them accurately in your collection and only confirm the trade when the received items match the agreement.
Reviews and trust signals
Reviews help collectors understand previous trade experiences but are not a guarantee of future behavior.
- Trade reviews may include category scores, overall scores, written notes, averages, and review counts displayed on public profiles and collector cards.
- Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on the actual trade experience, including shipment time, package condition, and communication.
- StickMarket may remove, hide, or restrict reviews that are abusive, fake, retaliatory, irrelevant, or otherwise harmful to trust and safety.
Marketplace features
Marketplace buying and selling tools are planned separately from trading and may be disabled, limited, or shown as previews until launch.
- Until marketplace tools are officially released, marketplace-related pages may be placeholders, locked flows, previews, or informational pages.
- Additional seller, buyer, payment, commission, dispute, refund, shipping, and payout terms may apply before marketplace launch.
- Trading availability does not mean marketplace buying or selling is available.
Payments and off-platform agreements
StickMarket trading is designed around item-for-item exchanges, while future payment features may require dedicated marketplace rules.
- Do not use StickMarket community or trading features to mislead users, request unsafe payments, or bypass future platform protections.
- Any off-platform payment, shipping, refund, or compensation arrangement is handled at your own risk unless StickMarket explicitly supports it.
- When payment features launch, payment provider terms and platform-specific rules may apply in addition to these terms.
Intellectual property and publisher names
StickMarket references third-party collection publishers, teams, products, brands, logos, and images for identification and cataloging purposes.
- StickMarket is not affiliated with Panini, Topps, or other collection publishers unless explicitly stated.
- Publisher names, logos, collection names, item images, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
- If you believe content should be corrected or removed, contact StickMarket with enough detail to review the request.
Limitations and availability
StickMarket is developed continuously, so features, data, pages, and workflows may change as the platform evolves.
- The service may be unavailable during maintenance, development updates, technical issues, provider disruptions, or security events.
- Features may be changed, paused, removed, restricted, or limited while the platform is being improved.
- StickMarket is provided without a guarantee that all data, pages, trades, reviews, notifications, or features will always be accurate, complete, secure, or available.
